Olin Jaye has more than 25 years experience in general business management in the real estate, hospitality, construction, and distribution industries. As President of Olin Jaye & Associates, LLC, he is currently providing commercial brokerage and temporary project management support to small business and joint ventures in real estate and development-related matters. He has been a commercial Real Estate Broker for many years, primarily representing Buyers and Tenants, and provides client's advice and counsel in the sales and leasing of commercial real estate. Among his other corporate experiences, he has previously served as the Director of Labor, Employee Services and Relocation for Bristol Hotels & Resorts, a publicly traded hospitality company. He previously served as a Director of a local bank and currently serves as a Trustee of the Medical Center of Plano Board.

He is a commercial Real Estate Broker, primarily representing Buyers and Tenants, and provides client's advice and counsel in the acquisition, development and construction of commercial real estate.

Among his other Community Service activities were his past positions as Plano City Council Member and Charter Review Commissioner, Regional Transportation Council (COG) member and the Chair of the Collin County Planning Board. He previously served as Chair of the Collin County Central Appraisal District Board of Trustees. He currently serves as Chair-Elect of the Plano Chamber of Commerce. Also, he is Regional Vice President, a member of the Executive Board and serves as Vice-Chair of Issues Mobilization of the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR).

He has served in Political and Public Policy leadership positions of the TAR and currently serves as the a member of the Legislative Management Team. He is also a Director of the TAR and a past member of the Board of Governors of the Commercial Investment Division of TAR. He is a Past President of the Collin County Association of Realtors (CCAR) and has been the recipient of their Distinguish Service Award and recognized as the 2006 Realtor of the Year. He was certified as a Property Evaluation Arbitrator for the State of Texas Comptrollers Office and has a Transnational Referral Certification from the National Association of Realtors.

Other past and present leadership and participation, includes ROTARY International, City House, Heritage Farmstead Museum and other local chambers of commerce, and other professional, economic development and community service organizations.

Mr. Jaye has a bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona and a Master's degree from the University of North Texas. Among his past and present professional real estate memberships are the Collin County, North Texas Commercial, and National Associations of Realtors. He has been a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, Realtors Land Institute and of the Commercial Realtors Alliance.
